Brandon Malo

Brandon lives in Ontario with his wife, Melissa, and their three young-adult children. Drawing from more than 20 years in community building and leadership development, he brings a gentle way and deep insight to the team. Brandon is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Jordan Remple

Jordon has spent over a decade walking alongside individuals facing addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. Having lived through those same struggles himself, experiencing addiction, homelessness, and hopelessness as a youth, he knows firsthand the road back is built on truth telling, real support and a willingness to face yourself. After receiving the support he needed to rebuild his life, Jordan committed himself to doing the same for others. His work now spans both intervention and prevention. Through Transformations, Jordan helps individuals engage in their deep healing, confronting grief, trauma, and addiction head on. At the same time, his role with Impact Society focuses on getting ahead of the curve, equipping young people with the confidence character, integrity, and resilience to navigate life’s challenges before they become crises.

Jordan brings a direct and honest approach that is shaped by his own journey, and driven by the belief that healing and transformation are always possible.
